Debra has worked in engineering recruitment and relationship management since 1998 with experience spanning Europe
and Canada. She has primarily supported Engineering verticals recruiting top people with Electrical, Mechanical, Civil and 
Structural skill sets.

Debra brings enthusiasm, consistently high standards of client service, a commitment to providing an open, ethical and
honest approach whilst building lasting relationships with her clients and candidates.
Debra actively maintains membership with the leading engineering associations and assists local skills councils.

 

The Fun Stuff

Debra, affectionately known as Deb’s, the Baroness or Luscious Lips Lummas to her friends and colleagues, has many
hobbies on the go –world travel, singing, Zumba and sailing (known to navigate her clients through shark infested waters
on her boat!)
